Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use the COLSKEN website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Our standard

We design and test the Site against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That includes text alternatives for meaningful images, sufficient color contrast, full keyboard access with visible focus, labeled form fields with clear error messages, a "skip to content" link, muted decorative video with no essential audio, and respect for your device's "reduce motion" setting.

How we check

We test pages with automated accessibility tools and by hand with a keyboard and screen reader, on desktop and mobile, and we re-check whenever we change the Site.

Known limitations

Some product images come from our Amazon listing and include small printed text; the same information is written out in the page text next to them. If you find anything that's hard to use, please tell us.

If you have trouble using any part of the Site, or need information in a different format, email colsken.co@gmail.com with the subject "Accessibility". We aim to reply within two business days and will help you get what you need, including entering the giveaway by email if the form doesn't work for you.
