These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the COLSKEN website (the "Site"), operated by COLSKEN ("COLSKEN", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What this Site is

The Site describes COLSKEN products and offers free brewing information, a support form and a monthly giveaway. We don't sell anything directly on the Site: products are sold and shipped by Amazon, and every purchase, payment, delivery, return and refund is handled under Amazon's own terms.

2. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, compatibility lists and photos accurate, but colors, finishes and packaging can vary slightly, and machine compatibility depends on your exact model. Please confirm your machine's group head (54mm 3-ear Breville or 51mm CASABREWS) before ordering, or ask us first. Prices and availability are shown on Amazon.

3. Brewing safety

Espresso machines, water and steam are hot. Follow your machine manufacturer's instructions, handle the portafilter by its handle, and let parts cool before cleaning. Our brew guide is general information, not a guarantee of results.

4. Giveaway

The monthly giveaway is governed by its own Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse the Site: no automated or bulk form submissions, no attempts to interfere with its security or operation, no false information in forms, and no use of the Site for any unlawful purpose. We may block traffic or entries that break these rules.

6. Content and trademarks

The COLSKEN name, logo, icon, photos, text and design of the Site belong to COLSKEN or its licensors. You may share links to the Site, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without written permission. Other names and marks (such as Amazon, Breville, CASABREWS and the brand of the giveaway prize) belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility, where to buy, or the giveaway prize.

7. Links to other sites

The Site links to Amazon, social networks and other websites we don't control. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, COLSKEN disclaims all warranties about the Site, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, or any warranty that comes with a product you buy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
