Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect only what you type into our forms, we use it only for the reason you gave it to us, we never sell or share it for advertising, and this Site uses no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

This Privacy Policy explains how COLSKEN ("we", "us") handles personal information on the COLSKEN website (the "Site"). It applies to visitors in the United States.

1. What we collect

• Giveaway entries: your first name and email address, the date of your entry, and your confirmation that you're 18+, a U.S. resident and agree to the Official Rules. If you win, we'll also ask you to confirm eligibility and, if you bought a COLSKEN kit, your Amazon order number.
• Support messages: your name, email, the message you write, and (only if you choose to give them) your Amazon order number, kit and machine model.
• Launch alerts: your email address and which kit you're interested in.
• Technical data: like every website, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser information to deliver pages and protect the Site from abuse. We use a short-lived, one-way encoded version of your IP address only to limit repeated form submissions; it is automatically deleted within about an hour. We don't build profiles or track you across sites.

2. Why we use it

• To run the giveaway: record your entry, send your confirmation email, draw and contact the winner, and verify eligibility.
• To answer your support questions.
• To send the launch alert you asked for, and occasional COLSKEN news and giveaway updates to entrants. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly (and always within 10 business days).
• To keep the Site secure and prevent spam and fraud.

3. Cookies and tracking

The Site does not use cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising, and it loads no third-party scripts, ad pixels or social media trackers. Because of that, there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use a small number of service providers that process data on our behalf, only to run the Site: our website hosting and database provider (Cloudflare), and our email and office provider (Google, for our colsken.co@gmail.com mailbox and entry records). If you win the giveaway, we arrange your prize with the prize provider named in the Official Rules and give you the gift details; we only share your name and email with that provider if delivering the prize requires it, and we'll tell you first. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

5. How we protect it

• The whole Site is served only over encrypted HTTPS (TLS), with HTTP Strict Transport Security, so information you send can't be read in transit.
• Form data goes straight to our own server; your browser never sends it to third-party form services.
• A strict Content Security Policy blocks outside scripts, and the Site can't be embedded in other sites.
• Entries are stored in an access-controlled database, encrypted at rest by our hosting provider; only COLSKEN can export them.
• We collect the minimum we need and never ask for passwords or payment details.

6. How long we keep it

Giveaway entries: up to 12 months after the drawing they were entered in (winners' records longer if tax or legal rules require). Support messages: up to 24 months after the conversation ends. Launch alerts: until the alert is sent or you unsubscribe. Unsubscribe records: kept so we don't email you again.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop all emails. Email colsken.co@gmail.com with the subject "Privacy request". Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, such as to know what we've collected, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or targeted advertising (we don't do either). We will verify requests by email, respond within the time the law requires (generally 45 days), and never treat you differently for using your rights. You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal a decision by replying to our answer.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and the giveaway is only for adults 18+. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.

9. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
