Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

1. Sponsor

The COLSKEN Monthly Coffee Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Daniel Shlomo Silverstone (d/b/a COLSKEN), 200 Henry St, Lakewood, NJ 08701 ("Sponsor"). Contact: colsken.co@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.

3. Entry periods

The Giveaway begins on the date COLSKEN products first become available for purchase on Amazon.com (the "Launch Date"). Sponsor will announce the Launch Date on the COLSKEN website and on Instagram (@colsken). Any eligible entry received before the Launch Date is counted in the first Entry Period.

The Giveaway consists of separate monthly entry periods (each an "Entry Period"). The first Entry Period begins on the Launch Date and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on the last day of the calendar month in which the Launch Date falls. After that, each Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. ET on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on the last day of that month. Sponsor's server clock is the official timekeeping device. Entries do not carry over from one Entry Period to the next.

The Giveaway continues month to month until Sponsor ends it. Sponsor may end the Giveaway at any time, in its sole discretion, by posting a notice on the COLSKEN website and updating these rules. If Sponsor ends the Giveaway during an Entry Period, the drawing for that Entry Period will still be held from the eligible entries received before the end date stated in the notice. In any event, the Giveaway ends automatically when the twelfth (12th) prize has been awarded.

4. How to enter

There are two free ways to enter. Both have the same chance of winning.

• Online: visit our giveaway page, enter your first name and a valid email address, confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these Official Rules, and submit the form.
• By email: send an email to colsken.co@gmail.com with the subject line "Giveaway Entry", your first name, and a statement that you are 18 or older, a legal U.S. resident, and agree to these Official Rules.

• Limit: one (1) entry per person and per email address per Entry Period, by either method. Additional entries in the same Entry Period will be disqualified.
• No purchase, product review, rating, social media follow, share or post is required to enter or win, and none will improve your odds. Receiving a COLSKEN product or package insert is not required to enter.
• Entries generated by script, macro, bot or other automated means, or by anyone attempting to use multiple identities or email addresses, are void.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected or unreadable entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

5. Confirmation email

After an online entry, Sponsor sends a confirmation email titled "You've successfully joined the COLSKEN monthly coffee journey" to the address entered. Not receiving the email (for example because it was filtered as spam) does not affect a valid entry. Entrants also receive occasional giveaway updates and COLSKEN news by email and can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email; unsubscribing does not cancel an entry already made.

6. Drawing and odds

On or about the first (1st) day of the month following each Entry Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during that Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during that Entry Period.

7. Prize

One (1) prize is awarded per Entry Period: a 6-month Trade Coffee gift subscription (six months of coffee, matched to the winner's taste, shipping included, delivered as a digital gift). Approximate retail value (ARV): $132 USD, based on Trade Coffee's published price for a 6-month gift subscription in October 2026. No more than one (1) prize will be awarded per Entry Period, and no more than twelve (12) prizes will be awarded in total over the life of the Giveaway (maximum total ARV of all prizes: $1,584). Sponsor is not obligated to hold twelve (12) Entry Periods or award twelve (12) prizes. Delivery and use are subject to Trade Coffee's own terms, plans and U.S. shipping area. No cash alternative, transfer or substitution by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize.

8. Winner announcement and verification

Sponsor will announce each potential winner's first name on Instagram (@colsken) (opens in a new tab) on or about the 1st of the month after the Entry Period, and on the COLSKEN website about seven (7) days later. The potential winner will also be notified by email at the address used to enter, from colsken.co@gmail.com, and must reply within seven (7) days to confirm eligibility (full name, age 18+ and U.S. residence). A winner who purchased a COLSKEN kit will be asked to share the Amazon order number. A winner who has not made a purchase only confirms eligibility; no purchase is ever required to win. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not reply in time, is found ineligible or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries for that Entry Period. Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, card details or account passwords.

9. Privacy

Information collected at entry is used to run the Giveaway, send the confirmation email, contact and verify the winner, and send occasional COLSKEN emails that entrants can unsubscribe from at any time. Sponsor does not sell entrants' personal information. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, Sponsor may publish the winner's first name and state on its website and social channels. No other use of the winner's name or likeness will be made without consent.

11. General conditions

By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway, or any Entry Period, if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity, in which case a winner may be selected from eligible entries received before the action.

12. Release and limitation of liability

By accepting a prize, the winner releases Sponsor, Trade Coffee and Amazon, and their respective affiliates, officers, employees and agents, from any liability for injury, loss or damage of any kind arising from participation in the Giveaway or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Disputes

Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, under the laws applicable in the entrant's state of residence.

14. Not affiliated

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Trade Coffee, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok. Trade Coffee and Trade are trademarks of their respective owner and are used only to describe the prize.

15. Winners list

Winners are posted on the COLSKEN website. For the name of a monthly winner, you can also email colsken.co@gmail.com with the subject line "Winners List" within 60 days after the end of the relevant Entry Period.
